Although not all reports can be filtered by queries, you can filter your report by a query by following these steps when the option is available:
 
    Accounting for Nonprofits and The Raiser's Edge
    1. Open the report parameters and select the General tab
    2. Click Include and choose Selected records.

    3. Click Find Now or click Add a New Query to create a new query
    4. Select the appropriate query
    5. Save and run the report

    The Raiser's Edge, The Financial Edge and The Education Edge
    1. Open the report parameters and select the Filters tab
    2. Choose Selected from the Include drop-down menu

    3. Select the Query option
    4. Click browse browse binoculars in the Query name field
    5. Select the appropriate query or click Add a New Query to create a new query
    6. Click OK
    7. Save and run the report
       
    Admissions Office and Registrar's Office
    1. Open the report parameters and select the General tab
    2. Mark Selected records.
