Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
  1. Create a constituent query of all records to be changed.
    Note: If you want to base the global delete on an assigned solicitor field, be sure to include that criteria in the query.
  2. Click Admin, Globally Change Records
  3. Highlight Constituent and click New Change
  4. Click the Include button and choose Selected Records. Select the query created in step 1
  5. In the Show field, select Assigned Solicitor Relationships
  6. In the list of available fields, select Assigned Solicitors
  7. Change the operation to Delete and click the binoculars. Search for and select the appropriate assigned solicitor.
  8. Click Change Now
Note: Only one solicitor may be deleted at a time.
