• Open new Pledge Reminders
    • On the General tab, select Create Custom Data File as the type.  Select Per Installment

    • In the Date field, select Specific range.  Enter a start date that includes the date of the original pledges and an end date that includes the dates of all future installments.

    • On the Fields to Include tab,  double-click the Gifts folder.  Select Planned Payment and Installment date.

    • Select any other field as appropriate
    • Export the file
