Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

 

     
    • Create a static, relationship query for the records that need to be changed
    • Click Admin, Globally Change Records
    • Highlight Constituent, Individual/ Contact/ Employee
    • Click New Change
    • Click include and select the query created in step 1
    • Select Individual/ Contact/ Employee in the Show field
    • Select Relationship
    • Select Replace and choose the appropriated values for the Replace and With fields
    • Click Change Now
