Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
- Create a static, relationship query for the records that need to be changed
- Click Admin, Globally Change Records
- Highlight Constituent, Individual/ Contact/ Employee
- Click New Change
- Click include and select the query created in step 1
- Select Individual/ Contact/ Employee in the Show field
- Select Relationship
- Select Replace and choose the appropriated values for the Replace and With fields
- Click Change Now
