If using Windows Server 2003:   Go to Start, Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs, select The Raiser's Edge for the Web 7 and then click Change/Remove button to uninstall.

If you are not able to uninstall RE Anywhere via Add/Remove Programs, then you can manually uninstall RE Anywhere by completing the following steps:

  1. Go to Start, Run, type inetmgr, click OK to open Internet Information Services (IIS).  Under Web Sites, right-click on the REWebRepView70 virtual directory, select Properties, select Virtual Directory tab, and make note of Application Pool being used as this information will be needed in Step 3 below.
  2. While in IIS, under Web Sites, delete the following virtual directories:  REWeb70, REWeb70Viewers, REWebRepView70.
  3. In IIS, under Application Pool, locate and delete the associated application pool obtained in Step 1 above
  4. Rename or delete the REWeb70 folder in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\
  5. Rename or delete the following Windows folder, if present:  {09225CE3-834C-11D4-B49B-00C04F7535C6} folder in C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information
  6. Rename or delete the following registry key, if present:  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{09225CE3-834C-11D4-B49B-00C04F7535C6}
If using Windows Server 2008 (only 32-bit operating system is supported):  Go to Start, Control Panel, double-click Programs and Features, select The Raiser's Edge for the Web 7 and then select Uninstall.

If you are not able to uninstall RE Anywhere via Programs and Features, then you can manually uninstall RE Anywhere by completing the following steps:
  1. Go to Start, Run, type inetmgr, click OK to open Internet Information Services (IIS).  Under Sites, select the REWeb70 virtual directory, select Features View, under Actions double-click Advanced Settings and make note of Application Pool being used as this information will be needed in Step 3 below.
  2. While in IIS, under Sites, delete the following virtual directories:  REWeb70, REWeb70Viewers, REWebRepView70.
  3. In IIS, under Application Pool, locate and delete the associated application pool obtained in Step 1 above
  4. Rename or delete the REWeb70 folder in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\
  5. Rename or delete the following Windows folder, if present:  {09225CE3-834C-11D4-B49B-00C04F7535C6} folder in C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information
  6. Rename or delete the following registry key, if present:  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{09225CE3-834C-11D4-B49B-00C04F7535C6}
