- Create a static query (Query A) to be divided in half and note the number of unique keys created
- Save the query using Save As to create a copy
- In Query A or Query B (if using a copy), select Tools, Query Options from the menu bar
- Select the Record Processing tab and mark Apply output limits
- Select either:
- Random sampling
- Limit to top rows
to select the first half of the query. In the Limit to field, enter half the number of unique keys created in step 1. For example, if 100 keys were created, enter 50.
