1.  Confirm that the counts updated by the procedure match the counts in the logs.  Here is an example of a query to find the counts:

SELECT COUNT(*)
FROM   CLASSIFICATIONS
WHERE  STS <> 'A'
      AND USER_UPDATING = 'DATA_MAINT'
      AND DATE_UPDATED >= '11-DEC-2018'
ORDER  BY DATE_UPDATED DESC;

Note:  USER_UPDATING will be DATA_MAINT.

2.  Manually compile any invalid objects.  Here is an example of a commands to change folders to the location of the SQL files, and then run SQLPlus to login to the database as PBDS and run the commands:

K:
cd K:\ta\openversions\dev0\UTILITY
sqlplus pbds/[db password]@WMFETEST
@INCMPALL.SQL
@incmpnew.SQL

Run both commands (@INCMPALL.SQL and @incmpnew.SQL) again until you get the same number of uncompiled objects.

3.  Run the following command to exit SQLPlus:

quit

Note:  It is not uncommon for there to be uncompiled objects on the clients database, so getting the "invalid objects" error (in the queue error log - Warning: An error has occured while compiling invalid objects) is not rare.  You should still check for uncompiled objects and recompile them to be safe, but this error is normally harmless.
