The records without the status from "Status for address with parse errors" have a free address that is 30 characters or less. If the address cannot be parsed and the entire free address can fit into street name, then the result is still ‘mailable’, so it is not set to the status specified in  “Status for address with parse errors”. The  “Status for address with parse errors.”  is meant for addresses that can’t be used for mailing - that way the organization can find them and handle them in a more timely fashion.
