It's possible that these gifts were entered via the Participant Center. If they were, the Address Book contact that is associated with the gift may have a blank value for their first name and last name.
  1. Log in to the participant center for the participant in which the donation was made on behalf of.
  2. Select the Email tab.
  3. Select the name of the contact.
  4. Select Edit Information.
  5. Add values for first and last name. Save your changes.
The changes may take a few hours to populate. If the values do not appear after a day, Contact Support and provide the solution ID.
