Error: This link is no longer valid. Please contact your system administrator for a new one - when opening link to ResearchPoint from a The Raiser's Edge record

When opening a ResearchPoint record from inside The Raiser's Edge, the link does not take you into ResearchPoint.  

Instead, the following error message is received "Error: This link is no longer valid.  Please contact your system administrator for a new one."
We are still evaluating this issue.  

Contact Support and provide the solution ID.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
  2. Open a record for an invidiual that is linked to a record in ResearchPoint
  3. Click the Prospect tab
  4. Click View in ResearchPoint
This is when the error occurs.
