Transactions made in non-EST time zones show for the next day in BBMS reconciliation

When an order comes in after 11pm for a client that is not on EST time, the transaction shows up in the next days transactions in BBMS. This can affect reconciliation and disbursements if that order comes in on the last day of the disbursement cycle.
This issue has been fixed in version 2.97 of Altru.

Altru will automatically reconcile these transactions even if they cross different days based on your time zone if you use BBMS.
  1. Go to Treasury > Reconcile Transactions and Disbursements.
  2. Ensure this auto-reconciliation is enabled.  If not, click Enable BBMS auto reconcile.
  3. Click on the View by Altru Transaction tab.
  4. Note that these transactions that were done on one day in non-EST time, but fall on another day in EST time show as reconciled, even though they cross days.
  5. Altru credit card transactions that could not be found in the BBMS Disbursement report automatically show in a pending status.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From web forms, enter an order between 11pm and 11:59pm
  2. Check BBMS to see that the payment was entered for the following day
