Error: Server Error in Application Runtime Error - when checking out of eStore

When attempting to check out of the eStore, the page may show a Runtime error. After checking the NetCommunity error logs from the database the following errors may show:

Please contact support to have the eStore components upgraded to match the version of Blackbaud NetCommunity.

If your organization hosts the NetCommunity website: 
Upgrade the eStore components to match the version of Blackbaud NetCommunity.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to the eStore page
  2. Add item to the shopping cart
  3. Click Checkout Now
  4. Choose option to complete transaction without logging in (if prompted)
  5. The runtime error may show
