Error: An unknown error occurred during the request. - when attempting to view the Export Definitions page for users with a specific role

You may encounter this message when loading the export definitions page:
"Error: An unknown error occurred during the request. This could indicate a request to an invalid endpoint or a problem with the web server configuration "

This may indicate that the application is timing out before you are able to view the list. Sometimes it might appear but most often it does not.  Admin users are able to access this page with results in seconds.

Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into the database 
2. In Administration, security, Users, give your test user the problematic role
3. Close out of your session and log back in
4. Go to Administration, Export Definitions
5. This page takes a long time to load and will usually time out with the invalid endpoint message above
