Error: “This operation has timed out.” when reviewing Recognition Credit History on a Recognition program.

When navigating to the Recognition Credit History of a constituent's Recognition Program, rather than populating the information of the program, the application hangs and then times out.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go Constituent functional area
  2. Select Constituent search
  3. Search for any constituent with an existing Recognition Program
  4. Click Revenue tab
  5. Click Recognition sub-tab
  6. Click hyperlink to The President’s Society recognition program
  7. Click Recognition Credit History tab
  8. Set Year filter to 2014 and
  9. Apply
  10. Observe error
