The Crystal report is missing records that should be there (Names, Gifts, Courses, etc..).
This article explains how to open up the Access database file generated by the Raiser's Edge/Education Edge/Financial Edge export to verify if the export is outputting all of the expected records needed for the Crystal report.
1. Open up the Access database file that the Export created. If prompted to upgrade/enhance the database while opening select 'No'. We only want to look at what is in the database. We don't need to make any changes to the database.
2. Open up the appropriate table to look for the missing data.
3. Look in the appropriate column to look for the missing data.
4. If you see the missing data then continue with Crystal troubleshooting steps and contact the Crystal support team if needed. If you do not see the missing data then continue with the Export troubleshooting steps and contact the RE/EE/FE support team if needed.
