No Giving Score is returned. 'Awaiting Update Results' is displayed for longer than a week

Giving Score results are not being returned for some users. In the Data Health Center, under the 'Update Data 'column next to Giving Score, a status of Awaiting Update Results is displayed for more than a week. No results are returned.
If you are locally installed, be sure you are on version 7.95 patch 2 of the Raiser's Edge.

In order to receive results for the Giving Score, your FTP Credentials in the Data Health Center must match the ones found on Blackbaud.com > My Blackbaud > FTP Instructions. 

After confirming the information above, please chat with support and be prepared to provide the following:
  • When was the Giving Score data submitted? (date and time)
  • When (if ever) was the Giving Score last successfully processed? 
  • What is the FTP user name entered in the Data Health Center? (Password is NOT needed)

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into the Raiser's Edge
2. Select Data Health Center
3. Next to Giving Score, select Submit New Data
4. In the Update Data column, Awaiting Results is displayed for more than a week
5. No results are returned
