A Blackbaud.com web page with the following message and "Search Knowledgebase" button may display when clicking a link to a Knowledgebase article that no longer exists:
Sorry we can't find what you're looking for. Please try your search again.
Click the Search Knowledgebase button and search for the information you're looking for using words and phrases instead of searching for the article ID number. Combining and consolidating information is part of routine KB maintenance.
