Try the following steps in order until the issue is resolved
- Ensure you are using Chrome to access FE NXT
- Clear your browser cache or open a new window in Chrome in Incognito mode.
- Ensure your security rights in The Financial Edge database are correct and you have rights to all modules you are accessing
- If you are the initial user who received an invitation to FE NXT, access your invitation link again to ensure that you are able to link your FE user to your Blackbaud.com email address/account
- If you received an invitation email from your web admin, request that they resend your invitation email.
