Scheduled jobs do not start or process

Business processes can be scheduled as jobs that will run automatically at particular times.  A user may notice that scheduled jobs are not kicking off as expected.  In some cases, this is due to the fact that the job user does not have System Admin rights within the application. 
1.  Identify the BBJob User for this environment.
2.  Go to Administration > Security > Application Users > and go to your BBJob User.  
3.  Grant the user System Administrator rights
