When exporting ‘Class of’ from Educational History, the 'Class of' year exports with a comma (e.g. 2,015)

When exporting ‘Class of’ from Educational History to an .xls formatted file with an Export Process, the resultant 'Class of' year exports with a comma in the number (e.g. the year 2,015).
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to the Analysis functional area

  2. Select Information Library

  3. Select Add and ad-hoc query

  4. Select Constituents

  5. Select Educational History node

  6. Include Class of is Not blank

  7. Add Class of to Results fields to display

  8. Give the query a name on the Set save options tab

  9. Save

  10. Go to the Administration functional are

  11. Select Export

  12. Add

  13. Enter a name

  14. Export type: Ad-hoc query

  15. Ad-hoc query: add the query created above

  16. Save

  17. Select the Export just created

  18. Start process

  19. Once completed, click Download output

  20. Select Download to XLSX

  21. Open file

  22. Observe the Class of date has a comma (e.g. 2,015)
