Wrong address shows when processing a payment

In Netclassroom, when submitting a payment the wrong address may appear after submitting the amount to pay. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open [Record] and go to Addresses tab 
2. Note the Primary address 
3. Create a statement filtering on this [record] as the statement recipient. Make sure the address filters are set to include only Primary addresses. 
4. Preview the statement and notice the primary address is listed. 
5. Save and close the statement parameter and right-click to select Publish to the Web. 
6. Sign into Netclassroom as [Record]. 
7. Select Billing>Statement to note the address is correct on statement. 
8. Select Billing>Bill Payment and make a payment.
9. Note that the address that populates is not from the Primary address.
