Luminate Online tasks experienced delayed start times affecting email sends, data sync operations and reports starting at approximately 11 AM on 5/14/2015. In very few cases, the tasks that were running had to be prematurely stopped. Sites that experienced cancelled tasks have already been contacted by Luminate Support. Normal task operation resumed at approximately 11 pm Central on 5/14/2015. The root cause of this issue and prevention investigation is underway. This article will be updated with any developments.
