Target Dates do not auto-populate on Stewardship plans in version 4.0

When adding Stewardship Plans in versions prior to 4.0, the Target dates auto-populated for each step.  
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Login to 3.0 Sample
  2. Go to Prospects
  3. Select Add a stewardship  plan
  4. Search for and select a Constituent
  5. Enter a name for the plan and a plan start date
  6. Select the plan steps tab
  7. In the Outlines field select the Blue Plan
  8. Then select Add steps from template.  Notice how the Target date autopopulates
  9. Login to 4.0 Sample
  10. Go to Prospects
  11. Select Add a stewardship  plan
  12. Search for and select a Constituent
  13. Enter a name for the plan and a plan start date
  14. Select the plan steps tab
  15. In the Outlines field select the Blue Plan
  16. Then select Add steps from template.  Notice how the Target date DOES NOT autopopulate

Workaround: Manually enter the target dates
