Error: Server is not available (RemoteException: Invalid Username/Password: ([username]/[password]).) – When viewing Real-Time Configuration status between Luminate Online and Raiser’s Edge on Luminate Online
When I attempt to run my RE Connector I get errors: initRemoteProcess: Exception while executing the realtime process with processName=sync1. Got exception: java.rmi.RemoteException: Invalid Username/Password: [username]/[password]. And the Real-Time Configuration status shows the error “Server is not available (RemoteException: Invalid Username/Password: [username]/[password].)”. What could be happening with my RE connector?
This error is caused by incorrect web services credentials (username/password that is passed from Convio to the connector). To get this resolved you will need to submit a new support ticket, make sure to include details about any recent changes to your standard Raiser’s Edge connector machines or Raiser’s Edge database.
