The Incremental Duplicate Search Process is not picking up nearly identical records.

The Incremental Duplicate Search process is used to find duplicate records in the database.  When using this process on two virtually identical records, they were not picked up by the process.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
