To add honor roll to a report card that has already been processed:

  1. Go to onRecord > Performance > Grading
  2. Filter on School Year, Grade Level, and Term and select View
  3. Go to the appropriate Honor Roll and click Generate 
  4. On the upper left side mark the check box for Publish > Save & Exit
    • This process creates another version of the Honor Roll. Marking the Publish checkbox is what updates the Report Card if the Honor Roll is selected to display.
  5. Go to onRecord > People Finder and look up the student to see the report card with the Honor Roll section updated
