There are a few areas with a description that you may wish to change on your combination web form:

To change the Combination Description for Web Forms (in Red above):
  1. Go to Web Forms > Manage Combination Forms
  2. Click on the name of your combination
  3. Go to the Web Forms tab
  4. Click Edit beside "Combination Description for Web Forms"
To change the Program Group Descriptions (in blue above): 
  1. Go to Web Forms > Manage Combination Forms
  2. Click on the name of your combination
  3. Go to the Web Forms tab
  4. Under "Program group descriptions and event conflicts" click the drop down arrows to the left of your program group name. 
  5. Click Edit to edit the Program Group Description.
The last description highlighted in green, is the Web Forms Description. This description only shows for scheduled programs and is the description specified on the program or program event. If you wish to change this, you will also be changing the description for your scheduled program web forms. To  proceed with this change: 
  1. Go to Tickets > Program Search 
  2. Search for your program and open the program record
  3. On the program record, go to the Web Forms tab. Edit the Web Forms Description. 
  4. If the Web Forms description that appears there is different from what appears on your web forms, your program event could have a custom description. To edit the custom description, Go to the Event List Tab and click the hyper-linked name of your event. Go to the Web Forms tab and edit the custom description for the event.
