Transaction payment amount doesn't equal the sum of the related application data

The sum of the application details doesn't equal the transaction summary total
Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable. 

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:

1. Select Transaction search from the revenue functional area
2. Search for and select the transaction in question
3. Note the payment amount = 200 but 250 has been applied and posted
