If both of these errors are occurring within your non Blackbaud hosted Blackbaud NetCommunity environment, it is typically related to a security change that Microsoft made to IIS 6 under Windows Server 2003 R2. At this time, the permenant resolution to this issue is to upgrade your web server's operating system to Windows Server 2008 or higher.
Until your IT department can upgrade your server's OS, an alternative way to access your images is to use the internal IP address of your Blackbaud NetCommunity environment to login and complete image manipulating and form changes.
For instance, if the IP address of your Blackbaud NetCommunity web server is 192.168.10.150 you would login at the following URL:
Please note that the above IP address is only an example. To find out what the IP address is of your environment's BBNC server, consult your organization's IT contact or department.
Please be advised that Microsoft will cease extended support for all iterations of Windows Server 2003 on July 14, 2015
