Constituent Notifications are not automatically popping up when working in version 4.0

A user may notice that some constituent notifications are not popping up in a separate window when accessing the constituent record in version 4.0.  This is due to the notification not being marked as 'Display in notification window'. 
1.  Go to the Constituent record.
2.  On the 'Documentation and Interactions' tab, select the 'Constituent Documentation' tab, select your notification, and click 'Edit notification'. 
3.  Mark 'Display in notification window' and click Save.
