To force the Submit button appear on the Inquiry form if it is not showing navigate to:
  1. onMessage 
  2. Website
  3. Select the page the Inquiry form Lives on
  4. Click the editing Wrench
  5. Click Settings (Gear Icon)
  6. Click More Options
  7. Scroll down to the bottom where it says SSL Setting
  8. Select the Radio Button "Force page to use SSL"
  9. Save & Close
Navigate to the front end website and go to the Inquiry form, you should now see your submit button at the bottom of the page.
Note: This can take a few minutes for the changes to go into effect, and the page to render properly.
