When running the refresh process for marketing efforts that are solely based on acquisition list segments, the processing time is much longer than expected after upgrading to a recent version of the application.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Administration, Queue, open the queue that contains a marketing effort with acquisition list segments 2. Notice that the marketing effort refreshes take several hours to complete. 3. Go to Marketing and Communication and Open the marketing effort 4. This effort has no exclusions or queries involved, it's purely based on segment lists.
