A co-worker forgot their password for our Luminate Online Test Site. Whenever I send a password reset, the email is never delivered. Why is this happening?
Emails from Luminate Online Test sites can only be received by Blackbaud email addresses, e.g. email@example.com. To obtain this password reset, please contact support and provide the solution ID.
