Blackbaud NetCommunity Email Stats export with no data from Raisers Edge Constituent Export

The integration between Blackbaud NetCommunity and The Raiser's Edge adds information to constituent records on the NetCommunity tab. In a constituent query, some of these fields can be queried on and are viewable in the query output. However, when selecting the NetCommunity from the Raiser's Edge Export module, the NetCommunity fields are blank in a constituent export.

Error: Unable to get email statistics from the web server - when exporting from RE
These fields are not available through the Export module in RE. Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue and its impact on the software. After careful consideration, we have determined that we will not be addressing this issue.

The query module allows some of fields be exported. Add the desired NetCommunity fields in a constituent query to the Output tab and export the query results.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In The Raiser's Edge, start a new Constituent Export in an Excel or CSV format.
  2. On the General tab, attach a constituent query to identify records with NetCommunity tab data.
  3. On the Output tab, select the following fields from the Blackbaud NetCommunity Email Stats
    • Clicked Through Flag?
    • Date Sent
    • Email Name
    • Opened Flag?
    • Subject
    • System Record ID
    • VBA User Field
  4. Run the Export.

Note: The NetCommunity fields export blank with no data.
