If you have deleted photos by mistake you can contact support to see if we can try to recover these files.

We have two backup databases that we can login to see if the files are still accessible.
One of the databases updates frequently the other is less frequent.

Please provide support with the following information:
  1. When the photos were deleted
  2. The name of the photo category as well as the title of the photo item(s)
  3. Where they were located (if they were in Content > Photos or on a Course page etc.)
