When the Payment Gateway was recoded in the May release some settings could have changed. You may need to refresh the settings.

To refresh the settings and to ensure the Credit Card Type only shows once navigate to:
  1. onMessage
  2. Settings
  3. Store
  4. Payment Processing
  5. Click do not use CC processing, update account to use
  6. Click the correct Payment Gateway radio button to use again, update account to use
