Emails showed as Sent and Opened are not being tracked on the Donor's Constituent record under Communications

When BBIS donor's receive emails, we can track when they were sent and opened. This should add an entry to the Communications tab of the Constituent record in CRM. However, users are finding that this information is not updating. 
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
