Why is there a screen or process missing from the menu?

A screen that the user has permissions to access is missing from the menu and does not appear in the list of values when doing a "find" (F9), thus cannot be accessed.
This may happen if the Menu Operation is set to Inactive (I) for some reason. Please submit a Support case with the following information: Name of the missing Screen or Process. We will then reactivate it.
