You are building a receiver query in Sphere. After adding your criteria and clicking save or preview you receive the following message "Sphere has flagged your query for further review. Please contact your Account Manager or customer support for assistance."
This message will prompt if the receiver query is too large to process. To resolve, first try to consolidate the receiver criteria. If the message persists, you will need to divide the receivers into separate mailings in order to decrease the total size of the query.
