GUID showing instead of name when selecting a plan participant

When adding a plan participant to a prospect plan after selecting the name in the drop down a GUID is returned not the name.

Upon clicking the magnifying glass to bring up the constituent search window, the plan participant appears with the GUID in the Name Lookup ID field.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to Duplicate:
  1. Go to a constituent record who is a major giving prospect, and view as a Major Giving Prospect in order to see their prospect record.
  2. Click on the Plans tab towards the bottom of the page
  3. Click the Add button and select add major giving plan
  4. When the Add prospect plan window opens type in the plan name, date, select a plan type, then in the bottom right of the window, where it says plan participant, click the drop down to display the list of plan participants for this prospect.
  5. Select one of the names in the list, see GUID instead of name in the Plan participant field.
  6. This also occurs if you click the magnifying glass to open the constituent search window type in the name there, click search and select a name from the list, see GUID appear in the plan participant field and not name.
