User may experience the following error message when trying to delete a Reserve opportunities process.

Data could not be saved.
The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_BATCHSPONSORSHIP_RESERVATIONKEYID". The conflict occurred in database "[database name]", table "dbo.BATCHSPONSORSHIP", column 'RESERVATIONKEYID'

 

The error message you get because there is an uncommitted batch, which contains references to the ‘Reserve Opportunities’ process.
To delete process, you have to find a batch > Delete that batch > Now you should be able to delete the process

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Sponsorship > Reserve Opportunities > Select a specific process.
  2. Click ‘Delete’ > See the error message
