Here are some options to correct this behavior and make sure it is loading the correct download file.
  • Clear the browser cache (
  • Open a different browser and access the download
  • Remove the download content category from the webpage and add it back
  • Delete the Download Item from the Category and re add it versus editing the existing item
If none of the above work, and it has been to 24 hours and the changed file still will not display, please can contact support to look into the issue.
