Tell the customer support analyst (CSA) the following so they can investigate the problem:
  • how did you navigate to the Login page (home page, bookmark, email link, etc.)
  • have others at the school reported the same problem?
  • can you access the Login page from outside of your school's network?
  • is your phone blocking cookies?
  • your IP address (click here to find your IP address)
  • a screen picture of the entire browser window, even if it is not fully loaded.
