The Platform Manager sets which fields users can view and edit on their own profile records using the Profile Fields task. This access is set per role.

To set the profile fields access:

1.) Core
2.) Navigate to Security > Profile Access > View/edit profile fields.
3.) From the drop-down list, select the Role for which you want to set profile editing access.
4.) Click Edit.
5.) All fields default to No access, which means that users can not view or edit the fields in the profile. To allow users to view, but not edit the field, select the radio button next to the field in the View column. To allow users to both view and edit the field, select the radio button next to the field in the Edit column.

Note: All School controls access for all users.
