1. Go into > School Website > Communication > Pushpage > Distribution Groups
  2. Select Create Distribution Group
  3. Give the Distribution Group a Name
  4. Select if it is Private, Public or a Test Group
  5. Highlight a List and click Add Selected List
  6. To add Static Users:
    • Search for User by last name (you can also select a Role and a different field to search from IE First Name, Maiden Name, Email, Business Name, Grad Year) this is especially helpful if you have more than 1 user with the same name and need to differentiate them
    • Highlight User
    • Click Add to recipient list
  7. Click Save & Exit
