System freezes when performing multiple concurrent exports

When performing exports in the application, users may want to export several different processes simultaneously to get several result sets as quickly as possible.  When performing more than 6 or 7 exports at once the loading message will appear and seemingly freeze the application.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Administration > Export
2. Filter on your exports
3. Select the first export in the list and click Start Export
4. Using the back button or backspace key, return to the Export list
5. Start the next export in the list
6. Repeat this process, once you have about 6 or 7 exports running the system will freeze when trying to load the Exports data list and show the Loading... message
