First, you need to create an Advisory Grade Translation and tie it to an Advisory Grade Category:
  1. Go into > onRecord > Settings > Grading > Grade Translations
  2. For Group Type, select Advisory then click View
  3. Click Add
  4. Give it a Translation Description and the number of Grade Values then click Next
  5. For each Grade, put in a Grade Label, Abbreviation, Min. Score, Max. Score and Equivalent Score then click Save & Exit
  6. Go into > Grade Categories
  7. Click Add
  8. For Group Type, select Advisory and give the Category a name
    • Mark Translate score on input(if you want the Advisors to choose a letter grade) and/or output(if you want the letter grade to display on the Report Card)
  9. Click Save & Exit

Then, you need to create an Advisory Grade Plan Group:
  1. Go to > onRecord > Settings > Grading > Grade Plan Groups
  2. For Group Type, select Advisory then click View
  3. Click Add
  4. Give the Grade Plan Group a Name then Click Save & Exit
Next, you need to create the Advisory Grade Plan:
  1. Go into > onRecord > Settings > Grading > Grade Plans
  2. For Group Type, select Advisory then click View
  3. Click Add for the term
  4. Give the Plan a Description, Due Date, Grading Start and End dates and put in the number of grades/comments to include in the plan
  5. Give each grade a Description and select the Grade Category you just created from the drop down
  6. Click Save & Exit when done
Then, you need to assign the Grade Plan Group to the Advisory:
  1. Go into > onCampus > Procedure > Advisory > Advisories
  2. Click Edit for the Advisory
  3. Select the Grade Plan Group in the available drop down
  4. Click Save & Exit
Finally, to display the Advisory Grades on a Report Card:
  1. Go into > onRecord > Performance > Grading > Report Card Builder
  2. Click Edit for the Report Card
  3. Select Access/Grades
  4. Click Add Column under Advisory
  5. Give it a Label and from the drop down, select the Grade to display and set Access Dates
  6. Click Save
