For an Alumni to access their Report Cards, they would need to:
  1. Log into the system
  2. Click on Progress
  3. Select the appropriate grade from the drop down
  4. Click on Report Cards
  5. Click the Report Card they would like to view
If you cannot see the Progress Tab as a Alumni, the Task will need to be enabled, to enable the Task navigate to:
  1. Core> User/Access > Profile 
  2. Click Manage Roles
  3. Find Alumni/ae role
  4. Click into the Role 
  5. Click Tasks
  6. Click Edit next to Progress Alum 
  7. Mark the Checkbox for App 
  8. Click Save
Note: The Alumni will need to log out and log back in for the Role changes to take effect.
