Error: Input string was not in a correct format when viewing public media segments in a Marketing Effort on browser set to Spanish

International customers can't see their public media segments in a Marketing Effort due to the language settings being non-English.

Segments tab:

Input string was not in a correct format.
We are currently evaluating this issue.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:

Error replicated on sample:

v3.0 SP11
v4.0 SP2

Error occurs for both IE11 and Chrome 43.0.2357.81m

Browser: IE11 set to English UK

1. Go to Marketing & Communications functional area
2. Click on Marketing Efforts task
3. Click Add a public media effort
4. On the effort:

General tab
----------------

Name: [give a name]
Appeal: [select an appeal]


Source Code
-----------------

Enter the necessary source code parts based on your sample data setup




5. On the Segments tab click Add and add a media outlet
6. Media outlet:

Details
---------

Segment: Click 'search' and then 'add' on the search form and give the Media outlet a name and save it

Package: Click 'search' and then 'add' on the search form and give the package a name and save it

Start date: [today]
End date: [month away]




Source Code
------------------

Enter source codes as required for each part based on the formats setup

Click Save


7. Note you can see the public media segment, now on the browser:


- Go to settings wheel and select Internet options from the drop-down
- Click Languages button at the bottom on the General tab
- Add Spanish[es] and move it up to the top of your langauge list and click OK and OK again
- Refresh the browser tab and the error occurs:

Input string was not in a correct format.
