A Student can be made a Candidate with the same entering year, but it cannot be done manually. The data team needs to change the Student back to a Candidate only if the Candidate will be in the same entering year. Duplicate entering years are not allowed. All information that was in the Candidate Profile before the Candidate was enrolled as a Student will still be available.
